Policies for payment:
- Any event totaling $800-$2000 requires at least a 50% deposit no less than 21 days before the event date to avoid a 15% rush-job charge.
- Any event totaling over $2000 requires at least a 50% deposit no less than 42 days before the event date to avoid a 15% rush-job charge.
- Any deposit made within 5 business days of the scheduled event requires full payment of the event total including a 15% rush-job charge and any discount offered for early payment in full is no longer applicable.
- Late payments made will incur a 10% late fee on the total amount of the event charge.
- For every 5 business days final payment is not made after the event will incur an additional 3% late fee on the total amount of the event charge.
